SIMULASI HYSYS V12: STUDI PENGARUH INJEKSI MEG TERHADAP HYDROCARBON DEW POINT, WATER DEW POINT DAN WATER CONTENT PADA GAS EXPORT

Dew Point Control Unit (DPCU) merupakan salah satu unit utama yang penting dalam proses pemurnian gas alam. Terbentuknya metana hidrat di DPCU menjadi masalah dihadapi ketika suhu operasi diturunkan serendah mungkin pada tekanan tinggi. Untuk mencegah terjadinya pembentukan tersebut, diperlukan adanya injeksi glycol. Jenis glycol digunakan oleh Gajah Baru Central Process Platform (GBCPP) milik Premier Oil Natuna Sea Indonesia adalah Mono-ethylene Glycol (MEG). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menentukan pengaruh MEG terhadap hydrocarbon dew point, water point dan content export Processing Platform. Simulasi dilakukan menggunakan software Hysys V12 dengan model termodinamika yaitu Peng-Robinson. Variabel flowrate dari ke gas/gas exchanger mulai 0 hingga 13,5 USGPM interval 0,5 USGPM, molar process sebesar 72,5 235 MMSCFD, Low Pressure Compressor 500 660 psig.
